We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill in the quote request or contact forms on this site, or the free-quote pop-up form. Depending on which form you use, this may include:

• A photo of the damage, if you choose to attach one

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.

• Keep basic records of enquiries and jobs for our own business purposes

This site uses a small number of third-party services to function:

• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's font servers. Google may log standard technical request data (such as IP address) as part of serving these fonts.

We don't use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this site beyond what these two services require to function.

We keep enquiry and job-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, complete any work agreed, and maintain basic business records — typically no longer than a few years, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal reasons.
